Playing 'what if...' and it's killing me, I know better but it's happening anyway...

Hi my love...HORRIBLE day today, just sort of moving on auto pilot.  Made many phone calls, set up appointments, threw up, cried, it's all just been a nightmare and when I see you again...you should run for I will slap you for leaving me to this...then throw my arms around your neck and kiss your beautiful face.  I miss you so much David.  Please help me through this.
